Peggy Ovire hails from Ughelli in Delta State, Nigeria, but she was born and brought up in Lagos state into a family of six children where she is the last born child of her parents.
Peggy Ovire attended Itire Nursery and Primary School in Surulere and AUD Secondary School in Surulere, Lagos State. She then moved to Ambrose Alli University Delta State where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance.
