why you should seek for attention in your dealing
One thing about attention is that, we can’t get close to someone nor please someone or a group of persons if we don’t
have their attention.
That’s why, even when trying to make an announcement we start
by saying
“CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION/AUDIENCE PLEASE”?
“ONE HOUSE PLEASE”? etc.
When I hear people saying
“I DON’T NEED ANYONE’S ATTENTION NOR SEEKING FOR
SOMEONE ATTENTION BEFORE I CAN MAKE IT”.
I totally disagree with that.
Why do I disagree? It is because even in business field, we need
people, customers to patronized us in
other for us to sell.
why do we pray?
Some says:
All you need is God to excel. Yea that’s right and is the fact but that’s still an attention.
We go to God in pray sometimes in our closed doors because we want to communicate with God alone
without distraction.
We talk to God and he gives responds to our prayers,
Why? Because he has given attention to our prayers.
Our request can only be approved if we have an audience.
Example
wpbeginner.com is a site that gives step by step guides on how to create site, plugins etc.
They started with 1 visitor, 100 visitors to 1000s of visitors.
In the process of building up the site, they
were also looking for audience and with this, they were able to
drive traffic to their site which helped
them now to stand out worldwide.
Now this site started with 1 and later generated 1000s because
they later have people attentions by
showing people what they can offer.
They set their minds to get something done and strike deep which later took them to the kind of
audience they want.
What are we saying here?
We need each other to stand out. Don’t say I don’t need anyone in my life before I can make it because
we all do need and even God passes through someone to bless and change our lives for good.
NEVER TOO LATE We post pictures on social media expecting likes and comments from where?
Is it not from people? Even at times, we do have a particular person at mind which we want to capture his/her attention through the post.
Knowing very well that the person will see it maybe through news feed or by tagging the person.
Let’s change our mindset so that we can explore.
