2 Avoid some songs/movies or books: when you are depressed, you will understand how you feel and if you think that at that very moment that love hurts to your healthy, then avoid anything relating to love  like music, movies, books, etc. For that time being.

When you enjoy what you do or love what you want to do, you will be motivated to achieve that purpose. You will act as if your life depends on it.

2 Find a mentor: There is nothing that we do today that someone else did not do before and that is to say that they are people who are higher in the field that you have passion for. Therefore, you must learn from them.
