Congratulations to Mr James E. Daniel who recently bagged his PhD, degree. During the graduation ceremony, the Governor of Rivers State offered Mr James the sum of 50 million Naria for choosing the right path despite his disabilities.

The convocation ceremony of Mr James took place at Rivers State University in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In addition to the 50 million cash gift Mr James received, River State Governor also offered him an automatic lecturing job.
